Mckinsey Hadley

Mckinsey Hadley began coaching basketball in 1991, where he developed his coaching philosophy in Park leagues and on the AAU circuit. His love for the game was hone by many years of playing, in inner city L.A. in the 1980's. He attended LACES High School and Serra High School, graduating from LACES in 1992. In 1998, he became the Associate Head Boys' Basketball Coach at LACES, where he stayed for 8 years before transferring to Serra High School.

Accomplishments:

• 5 consecutive CIF finals appearances 2009-2013
• 3 consecutive CIF championships 2010-2012
• 6x California State Regional finals appearances 2011-2015, 2018
• 2x California State Champion 2013, 2018
• 3x Area Coach of the Year 2011-2013
• 2x California State Coach of the Year 2013,2018
