Snow Valley Basketball Schools: For the Serious Athlete

Snow Valley Basketball Schools Logo

Snow Valley Basketball Schools provides intensive summer basketball training for advanced youth players, ages 11-18, in California and Iowa. Since 1961, campers across the country have come together to improve their confidence, mental toughness, individual skills and basketball IQ.

Sports Illustrated recognizes Snow Valley Basketball Schools as one of the nation’s top basketball camps. Join Camp Directors Manasa Chanaiwa and Pete Rivas at Snow Valley California in Santa Barbara at Westmont College for a summer of competitive skills training and scrimmages or train with USA Basketball Gold Medalist Head Coach Don Showalter at Snow Valley Iowa for equally high-level basketball programs, hosted at Wartburg College in Waverly, IA.

“We are very proud to carry on the tradition of the Snow Valley Basketball Schools.  As the landscape of youth basketball has changed over the years, these programs have not.  Our school remains true to its “teaching the game” roots, led by some of the most dedicated coaches in the country.  Campers will work extremely hard, but campers will also get better at the game,” states Brent Koonce, Senior VP of Basketball Operations at US Sports Camps.

The longest running basketball school of its kind, Snow Valley Basketball Schools focuses on mastering individual development and fundamentals on the court and heightening players’ basketball knowledge in the classroom. Campers are offered the opportunity to reach their long-term goals through in-depth discussions and rigorous schedules with top-tier instruction.
