Since 1961, the Snow Valley Basketball Schools have represented excellence in summer basketball training. Founded by legendary coach Herb Livsey, the original Snow Valley Basketball School was a place to GET BETTER. Players left tired, but with a renewed love of the game and a new appreciation of the dedication required to improve.

The tradition continued under the direction of Charlie Sands and Clete Adelman (both members of the California Community College Hall of Fame) as they continued to guide Snow Valley as the most complete basketball camp in the nation.

Directors Manasa Chanaiwa and Don Showalter now guide our program with the same vision and tradition as their predecessors – to help young basketball players of all levels GET BETTER. Our daily format features fundamental instruction in all facets of the game, as well as lectures and team games.
